Your health data never leaves your iPhone. This is not a marketing promise — it is the technical architecture.

In short: SleepAnalytics processes all data 100% on-device. No servers, no data sharing, no advertising. We have no infrastructure capable of receiving your health data.
Our Privacy Commitment
Your health data never leaves your iPhone or Apple Watch. We designed SleepAnalytics this way from the beginning — not because we had to, but because it is the right approach for a health application.
We use SwiftData local storage, excluded from iCloud backup. Our HealthKit access is read-only: we never write to your Health data without your explicit permission.
What We Access
SleepAnalytics requests read access to the following HealthKit data types, all processed locally:

What We Do NOT Do
- No servers receiving health data
- No third-party analytics SDKs with access to health data
- No advertising networks
- No selling or sharing of data
- No iCloud backup of health data (App Store 5.1.3 compliance)
Technical Security
- iOS Data Protection: Your sleep data is encrypted when your device is locked
- Local SwiftData store: excluded from iCloud backup
- HealthKit authorization: read-only for all data types
Your Rights (GDPR)
- Access: Export your data as CSV/JSON from Settings → Export
- Deletion: Delete all SleepAnalytics data from Settings → Delete All Data
- Portability: Exported data is in open, standard formats
- HealthKit permissions: Manage from iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → SleepAnalytics
